Rooms open onto a cramped lobby, so expect disturbances from lively guests!!! Luggage storage isn't included, which can be frustrating after checkout. Soundproofing is lacking, leading to some very audible neighbor conversations.

I had a fantastic stay at pension iturriza! It's located in the heart of old town, just steps from the beach and the best pintxos bars. Ibon and his wife were super helpful, providing great recommendations and beach towels for my day out.

only one thing missing was shampoo.

Staying here with my family, including my dad, was fantastic! The location was perfect, just minutes from the beach and amazing tapas bars. Plus, the tour desk helped us plan a fun day exploring the area. Loved the included breakfast vouchers at a nearby café.

In my wife’s opinion, a little more space for families would be great.

the room was pretty small and felt crammed at times. but the location was unbeatable, super central and quiet at night. the hosts were super helpful, giving us awesome recommendations! also, loved the comfy bed and the AC worked well.

The room felt stuffy, with weak air conditioning, and sleeping was difficult due to the flat pillows and below-average mattress. The pictures from the listing did not accurately reflect the room's size, leading to a disappointing experience overall.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pension Iturriza, especially the welcoming host Ibon, who provided excellent recommendations and a helpful map of the area. The pension's location in the heart of Old Town offered easy access to the beach and fantastic tapas bars, all while ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

It was just a commendable fit for a two-day stay in San Sebastian with exceptional value. The daily access to coffee was a nice touch that really made mornings enjoyable. Parking is not available near the hotel, so plan accordingly.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Basic Double Room! The bed was super comfy, and the room felt modern and well-designed. I loved having a little balcony to enjoy the quiet street view. It was a great escape from the hustle of the old town. The shower pressure was impressive, which made mornings nice. Only downside was the room was a bit small, but it had everything I needed for a short stay.
